We are offering baking workshops for kids and adults in our little bakery at Ballyroe. Groups from 2 up to 5 can learn how to make yummie cookies, healthy crackers, our famous bagels and even how to braid the Swiss Sunday Bread. We show you different kind of flours, how sourdough starter works, how to handle fresh yeast and why dried yeast could be still a good alternative. All the participants can take home their freshly baked goods.
